Raymond Shawn Jeter Obituary

Yucaipa, California - Raymond Shawn Jeter, 56, of Yucaipa, California, passed away on May 23, 2025. Born on June 7, 1968, in Redlands, California, Shawn lived a life filled with love, laughter, and deep connections with family and friends.

Shawn was the beloved son of Charlie Jeter Jr. and a proud father to Kirk Nove, Aaron Jeter, and Tyler Jeter. He was a devoted grandfather to Hadley, Hunter Rose, Elijah, Elliot, and Riven, who brought immense joy to his life.

He is also survived by his brother Charlie Jeter, brother Troy Bojorquiz, and sister Denice Reddig, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends who were like family. Shawn never met a stranger—his warm spirit and sense of humor left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

In his youth, Shawn played baseball and developed a lifelong love of sports. He was a passionate Rams fan and could always be found cheering on his teams. He also loved fishing and playing cards with his Uncle Elmer, hobbies that brought him peace and joy.

Shawn's presence will be deeply missed—his laughter, loyalty, and love for life are irreplaceable. His family and friends take comfort in the many cherished memories they shared with him and the legacy of kindness and passion he leaves behind.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, please honor Shawn by spending time with loved ones or enjoying a day outdoors doing something he loved.
