Yucaipa, CA - Norman Wayne Foreman, known affectionately as Wayne to his friends and family, passed away peacefully on November 10, 2025, in Yucaipa, California, at the age of 90.

Wayne proudly served his country in the United States Army for three years as a soldier in the 101st Airborne Division. Following his service, he built a successful career as an auto mechanic, working in and owning automotive repair shops for more than 27 years.

A dedicated member of his community, Wayne was actively involved with the Yucaipa Mobilehome Residents Association from 2014-2016 where he was admired for his commitment and leadership.

Wayne is survived by his daughters, Rhonda L. Yarbrough and Renee J. Branch (John); his grandsons John Yarbrough and Ryan E. Dowell; his great-grandson, Stetson Wayne Dowell; and Barbara Foreman.

A military honors memorial service will be held on Monday, December 8th, 2025, at Riverside National Cemetery. A celebration of life gathering will follow at Cactus Cantina restaurant, 151 E. Alessandro Blvd., Riverside, CA from 3:30 to 5:30 pm.

Wayne will be remembered for his hard work, devotion to family, and the kindness he shared with all who knew him.
